Welcome to fast home delivery. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for our services.

1. General Policy

Refunds are only issued in valid cases

Refund request must be made within 24 hours of order/ride

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process

2. Food Delivery Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

Wrong item delivered

Missing items

Food is damaged or खराब (spoiled)

No refund if:

Customer provides wrong address

Order is already consumed

Delay due to traffic or weather

3. Grocery & E-commerce Refunds

Refunds are applicable if:

Product is damaged or defective

Wrong item delivered

Conditions:

Request within 24–48 hours

Proof (image/video) required

Product must be unused (where applicable)

4. Pharmacy Orders

Medicines once delivered are non-refundable

Refund only if:

Wrong medicine delivered

Expired product delivered

5. Ride Services (Car / Bike / Rickshaw)

Refunds may be issued if:

Rider cancels after accepting

Overcharging or wrong fare

No refund if:

Customer cancels ride

Delay due to traffic

6. Payment Refund Method

Refunds will be sent to:

Original payment method OR

App wallet

7. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of:

Repeated false claims

Misuse of refund system
